Karen Peluso, executive director of NF, Inc. Northeast, was interviewed by the Boston Herald about the state of NF support and research in her area.

Charlie Hay and his parents realized after his diagnosis that most of Australia’s NF support seems to be centered in Sydney. The family hopes to start organizing and raising awareness closer to home. Strathfieldsaye, Australia, is closer to the city of Victoria in the southeast.

The NFXtreme Team is back from their trek to, and over 26 miles of, Antarctica.

Team Izzy organized as a way to support each other, raise funds for NF research, and increase NF awareness. The group is named after 3-year-old Isobelle Mick. The Kalamazoo Gazette has a nice story on the family and their efforts.

At 7:00 on the Speed Channel tonight, you can watch John Tancredi and DILYSI (Drive It Like You Stole It!) Racing take the track in the Grand-Am Rolex Series Crown Royal 200. John will be driving the Children’s Tumor Foundation racecar. Click on the link to see a picture.

Ashley’s Ride, a motorcycle benefit, drew hundreds of riders last year. This year, the ride kicks off at 10:00 in Mancelona, MI.
